Bran Castle, Romania. This is a fantastic example of a well-preserved mediæval castle — and one which has retained its nature as a fortification, nor having been turned into an indefensible stately home by knocking windows and things out of the walls. It's a museum open to the public now, and I'd love to have a look around it one day (though getting there from the other side of the world is a bit troublesome).
